2. The User agrees not to use the n25 bo trademark in a manner that may cause confusion with the products or services provided.
3. The User has no right to sublicense, transfer, or otherwise assign the rights to use the n25 bo trademark to any other party without prior written consent.
4. This copyright certificate for the use of the n25 bo trademark is valid from the date of issuance and will remain in effect until revoked in writing by Orestes Sotomayor or for any other reason as stipulated by applicable laws and regulations.

Authorization and Content Removal Letter

We hereby request your company to remove the account https://www.tiktok.com/@n25bo, as it is utilizing our «n25bo» image for purposes of hatred and racism, misinforming the population and fostering racial intolerance.

Furthermore, by means of this letter, we authorize Mr. Orestes Sotomayor Vásquez to represent the interests of «n25bo» and to have the authority to remove content from social media platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, as well as any content published on websites and applications.

Mr. Orestes Sotomayor Vásquez is authorized to upload content to social media platforms and also to delete user accounts that explicitly use the name «n25bo,» as well as any reference to our brand.
